We’re excited to share that Charlotte Bondoc, our Chief People Officer, will also be stepping in to cover the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) role.
Charlotte has been a driving force behind A2K’s people strategy — leading HR operations, talent acquisition, employee development, and cultivating a culture of excellence. With a strong background in IT and valuable experience at IBM, she brings a rare combination of technical expertise and people-first leadership. This makes her uniquely positioned to support A2K’s continued international growth. She takes over from Jhon Nuqui, who led A2K’s Technical Department with vision and impact. Jhon has recently taken on a key role at one of the UK’s leading event operations and traffic management services companies, while also dedicating time to his inspiring non-profit initiative: Empowering Local Communities through Digitalization.
Charlotte will serve in this dual capacity until a suitable CTO successor is appointed — a testament to the trust and confidence we place in her to guide both our people and our company forward. We’re excited for what’s ahead.
