OJT & Internship Program
Launch your career with hands-on experience at A2K Group — where college students grow into industry-ready professionals
About the Program
The A2K Group OJT and Internship Program is a fully-funded initiative made possible by the Marcus Regala Nuqui (MRN) Grant. It is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry practice.
We welcome college students from technology, design, and business disciplines to work alongside our professional teams on real, impactful projects. Interns are not just observers — they are contributors from day one.
Internship Tracks
Choose a track that aligns with your degree program and career goals
Web Development
Work on live web applications using React, Next.js, Astro, and Node.js. Contribute to front-end, back-end, or full-stack features under the guidance of senior developers.
Mobile Development
Build cross-platform mobile apps using React Native or Flutter. Interns participate in sprints, code reviews, and testing for production-grade applications.
Data Science & AI
Analyze data, build models, and extract insights using Python, pandas, and machine learning tools. Work on data pipelines and AI-assisted features integrated into real products.
